Greenhouse only

DripPilot

Irrigation decided against light, transpiration and the drain you are actually getting, rather than against a clock somebody set in March.

A greenhouse product rather than a platform level. Irrigation strategy does not transfer to a pellet plant, so we do not pretend it is part of the general suite.

What it decides, every day

When to start
First shot timed against light sum rather than the clock, so a dull morning does not get a bright morning’s irrigation.
How much to give
Shot size and frequency against transpiration demand, slab moisture and the drain you are actually getting.
When to stop
Last shot early enough to hit the overnight dry-back the crop needs, without pushing electrical conductivity where you did not intend.

Why irrigation is its own problem

Climate control and irrigation share a greenhouse and almost nothing else. Climate acts on air, responds in minutes, and is measured where the sensor hangs. Irrigation acts on a root zone, responds over hours to days, and is measured through proxies that each lie in their own way: slab weight, drain percentage, electrical conductivity in and out.

A strategy that works on one substrate and one crop can be wrong on the next. That is why DripPilot is a separate product with its own model rather than another module inside climate control.

What a grower still sets

The crop plan stays yours. You set the dry-back you want overnight, the electrical conductivity strategy through the season, and the bounds DripPilot is allowed to move within. It decides timing and volume inside those bounds, every day, without waiting for someone to look at the graphs.

How it fits with the rest

DripPilot reads the same operating record as everything else, so an irrigation decision sits next to the climate trend, the crop registration your team typed in, and the work order for the pump that was serviced last week. When a week goes wrong, the whole picture is in one place.
