What we can read, and what we can write
The first real question about any platform is whether it can talk to the equipment you already run. Here is the honest list rather than a claim about connecting to anything.

Reading is one half. People are the other
Most of what a plant knows never reaches a controller. It is written on a clipboard, remembered by a supervisor, or photographed and forgotten. Koidra takes that in as first-class data, in the same shape as a sensor tag.

That is why an alarm here can fire on a number a person typed.
Writing back
Reading data is a low-risk integration. Writing setpoints is not, and we treat it that way. Control writes run through the same supervisory layer whether a person or KoPilot initiated them, inside bounds you set.
Plenty of sites run for a long time on read-only access, and that is a perfectly good place to be. The first three steps to autonomous operations need nothing written back at all.
If your system is not listed
Tell us what you run. Most industrial equipment speaks something we already handle, and where it does not, whether a driver is worth building depends on the site rather than on the protocol. We would rather say that than imply a connector already exists.
